Non-Members Join OAUG Free with COLLABORATE Registration

With your first paid non-member full-conference registration, your organization will automatically receive an Introductory Corporate Membership in the OAUG. The OAUG Introductory Corporate Membership includes full membership status, will be activated after COLLABORATE 13 and is valid through November 30, 2013. This promotion only applies to User Members. Current or past members of the OAUG are not eligible for this special offer.

Government Employee Registration

The government rate is applicable to state and local government employees, state-owned universities, and Canadian state-owned/private universities which are a government entity. To qualify for this rate, fax (+1 404.240.0998; attention COLLABORATE Registration Department) or email (registration@oaug.com) a copy of your government ID and/or an official letter confirming government status.

Group Discount for OAUG Members

OAUG is offering a discount of USD $230 per person on groups of four (4) or more registrations from the same member company. For more information, or to take advantage of this offer, please contact the OAUG Conference Registration Department via e-mail at registration@oaug.com prior to registering.

Group Discount for Non-Members

OAUG is offering a minimum discount of USD $150 per person on groups of four (4) or more registrations from the same non-member company. Alumni Discount

Individuals who are employees of OAUG member organizations and have attended the last two consecutive OAUG conferences are eligible for an Alumni Discount of USD $200 off the appropriate registration fee. Please note this applies only to the individual person who has attended and paid the full conference rate for the last two consecutive OAUG conferences (i.e., COLLABORATE 11 and COLLABORATE 12). To take advantage of the Alumni Discount, please contact the OAUG Conference Registration Department via e-mail at registration@oaug.com prior to registering.

Conference Registration Terms and Conditions

Details for Special Registration Rates and Discounts

  • Offers only apply to Full Conference Registration.
  • A maximum of one discount per registration applies. Aside from the COLLABORATE 13 hotel discount, discounts cannot be combined.
  • Savings are applied to the current registration fee.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by March 6, 2013 are eligible for a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 7, 2013, and March 22, 2013, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received after March 22, 2013. Cancellations must be received in writing to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 according to the following schedule:

Conference Pass Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by Thursday, April 4, 2013. After Thursday, April 4, 2013, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

Add a Guest Pass or Workshop

If you have already registered for COLLABORATE 13 and wish to add a guest pass or OAUG Training Day Workshop, please log in to your registration using the username and password you used when registering to modify your registration.
